好久沒有到急診晃晃 重新拾起那份日夜顛倒的deliriuem fuck! 好累Orz 只不過這次是急診外科 不是上個班就會來5.6個OHCA(Out Of Hospital Cardiac Arrest)的急診內科 OHCA基本上跟DOA(dead on arrival)是差不多意思 只是聽起來比較好聽(?) 在急診外科這邊最嚴重的就是Truama blue 不過因為我夜班總是接在軒慈的後面 所以基本上24hr內該來的病人份量都已經被她吸光了 沒有遇到fresh的trauma blue 某次上班聽她形容剛才來的一個case young male; suiside; falled from 6 meters "軟趴趴的脖子" "固定頭部時感覺像在夾會咖疵咖疵響的豆腐" "第一次知道什麼叫做七孔流血" "手腳像魁儡戲的布偶" "我的肚子上都是他熱熱的血" 連凡走過必CPR的intern都說他生平第一次覺得她有nausea的感覺 無怪乎個種電視劇都很多trauma blue的梗 在這邊我看到最多的case就是： 騎機車 + 被撞/撞人/自摔 +- 喝酒 輕的就是擦傷、撕裂傷 重的就是骨折、傷口見骨甚至trauma blue 我沒有軒慈這麼的旺 所以我看到最嚴重的一位病人是酒駕撞到別人 進來的時候還一直大笑、笑一笑又突然大哭 我們拆開他手上的繃帶一看....上臂的肌肉幾乎斷光了 用水去沖傷口他也不會痛，因為神經早就斷光了 殘肢在那邊晃阿晃的...真的就像魁儡戲的布偶 原本還覺得他很可憐 後來看他喝成那樣瘋瘋癲癲的，我反而比較擔心他撞到的那位仁兄 沒有一起送過來，希望只是輕傷 這個不是唯一酒駕的case 事實上，幾乎每個自摔或是撞人進來縫合的(被撞的通常沒喝) 在幫他們縫合臉部傷口時，90%都會聞道濃濃的酒精味 曾經有一班從晚上九點連續逢到凌晨兩點 10個裡面有8個都喝酒，而且都是濃烈的高梁味 縫完我都快醉了... 一張貼紙代表一個縫合包，就是縫了一個病人 "護師"忙到沒時間來洗器械 第二常見...
